I had my first cataract removed a couple of days ago by Dr. Ranelle and everything went very well. All the worrying I did was for naught. He has a great team working for him! I cant believe how well I can see out of that eye. Its truly amazing! Thank you to everyone at Texas Eye and Laser!!!
I have been going to Texas Eye and Laser Center for 10 years now and am thankful for all that they do. I am generally seen in a timely manner by the technicians and the doctor, everyone is pleasant and concise. Yesterday I had the most delightful technician, Kacy, I believe. She was upbeat, informative, and very helpful, answering my questions, not rushing me. My visit was as pleasant as possible with tender, dialated eyes, and the concerns that I came in with were looked at and plans put in place to bring about results.
I like Dr. Heisterkamp. The nice young man who performed my initial exam was so very kind. I'm terribly frightened of doctors and medical procedures and he went out of his way to make me comfortable. That meant a lot to me. Thank you!
