Very clean and professional staff. The doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing that disappointed me was me being a new patient the day before my appointment I did the forms online so I would not have to rush to fill them out at my appointment, but when I got there I had to fill out the forms again due to for some reason the system would not bring them up. With my bad eye already hurting me I was not happy with having to fill out the same forms I guess I should have chose the print out form and not submit by online. Hopefully this issue will be looked into by IT.
Seems like their is much too much waiting around. I wish they would have a better system in place. Theres no reason to be there at 10am and get out at 1pm when the entire intake and procedure is less than 30 minutes. Other than that the facility and the staff wre excellent.
This medical practice is the greatest, and I hope that Dr Ranelle never retires! Do yourself a favor and take your peepers to Texas Eye & Laser -- you won't be disappointed!!!
