I am so blessed to have the Doctors and Technicians at Texas Eye and Laser Center. Dr. Head is the absolute best when it comes to dealing with you as a patient. He goes beyond all expectations in explaining to you what is going on with one of the most precious areas of your body-your eyes. I now must choose to have surgery to correct some issues that have come up the past year and I am totally confident in the Doctors that will do it. It's nice to know that when you come in whether it be for an annual eye exam, an eye emergency issue or for a surgical consult; your time and money will be well spent. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Head and Dr's Ranelle and Hu and the staff of Texas Eye and Laser Center.
Dr. Hu and his care staff were amazing. I'm still in the healing process but the lasik surgery was as efficient as he indicated it would be.A couple items of concern to note, the treatment coordinator missed giving me some information that would have been useful prior to the surgery. After the surgery I was brought out to the waiting room, however family members were not allowed o wait. I was sent outside by myself which was dangerous. I know everyone is learning during this pandemic but having someone call family members to pull up or assist patients to their car would be highly beneficial. My son and I had surgery at the same time and this happened to both of us.During the first recheck we encountered a challenging front desk member but Jeff saved the day and went out of his way to take care of an issue. He even called 2 or 3 staff members at home to help walk through the issue and resolved it! Jeff is a keeper!Overall my experience has been great and I highly recommend Dr. Hu.
Great staff and doctors. Love Dr Webb.. I had not been in for a good eight months and the nurse who took care of me remembered all the things we talked about on my previous visit eight months earlier. So very impressive.
The nurses and doctors took great care of us and got us in immediately. I truly believe they saved my husbands eyes. The service was fast and friendly and very professional! I highly recommend this facility!
