The location was very nice and easy to get to. I received a nice greeting from the desk personnel. There was a nice clean mens room just outside the waiting area. Waiting was a problem! My appointment was at 3 and I arrived at 2:30. I was called back into the lab at 4:05. Once in the area Michelle was very knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Ranelle immediately made me feel comfortable and gave me a great explanation of my condition.
The staff is amazing here. They use the latest technology to evaluate your needs. They are very thorough in explaining your diagnosis and gracious and sensitive in your care.
