My experience today was excellent. First off they got me in within a week. My dry eye is waking me up with pain, so I was very thankful to get in quick. Second, Kim at the front fest was extra delightful and looked so pretty with her pink glasses and matching nail polish. She gives an excellent first impression. Both the lady that tested my eyes and the doctor that checked my eyes were professional. Thirdly, the doctors nurse, (blue and white headband) was ultra sweet. Se made me a goodie bag full of different dry eye drops and gells. Hopefully my eye will be much better before my next one month appointment. Thanks to Dr. Hu and everyone at Texas Eye. Doctor Hu and his team are right on!
Dr. Ranelle has been my Ophthalmologists for years. I will highly recommend him anytime I have the chance as well as other Doctor's on his staff. I saw Dr. Webb this morning for a follow up cataract appointment. She is always upbeat and provides information for the patient in easy to understand terms.
I have worn glasses or contacts since I was 7 and have a very strong prescription. I was very nervous about cataract survey and put it off as long as I could. I had also seen another surgeon before my optometrist recommended Dr. Ranelle. From the comprehensive consultation tests through the post-op visits with Dr. Head, I always felt that my needs were met. I couldnt be happier. I see better now than I have since 1955. All I can say is thank you. I believe you and your eyes couldnt be in better hands.
