As a retired RN I was very anxious but the staff was so caring and made you feel like you were their only concern. Made the experiences pleasant and not a nightmare. I can not say enough nice things about the staff. They were all wonderful.
The surgery went fantastic. The people were great. The communication is iffy. They are so busy they don't ask when can you come in they just assign a time and give you 24 hour notice. Makes it challenging when you you must ask someone else for a ride or you work. I also don't think ,except for the surgery, they yet have hit a scheduled appointment time within a hour . If you did not have to sit for hours in a waiting room wearing a mask for hours it would be better. I would rather them say Tuesday afternoon come in and we will get to you eventually than tell me 1pm and I wait till 5. I could bring extra magazines or a snack 🙂
