My appointment as ROSE SMITH was a very pleasant experience. I did not have to wait for a long period of time and at each station was treated by courteous professionals. My Doctor explained the results of each test and made certain that I understood the reason for her recommendation. I anticipate that my consultation with the Surgeon will also be as informative.
I went in for cataract evaluation on my eyes. Office atmosphere is professional, efficient and personable.All my questions were answered to my satisfaction.At the time of this review, I have have had surgery on 1 of my 2 eyes. Surgery went well and staff was great about explaining the process in advance to ensure you knew what to expect. This was consistent for each step of pre-op, post-op, as well as during the surgery itself. The improvement is amazing. I cant wait to get the second eye done next week.
Texas eye and laser has been my preferred caretaker for my eyes the past 25 years and has done an excellent job including eye surgery and annual examinations for different circumstances. Dr Reynold and Dr Head and all the staff continue to do excellent work and I cannot be more pleased. The locations and quality of the facilities are number one.
