So far my experience with the Drs. has been excellent. The only problem I have is it took over 3 hours to get a 30 minute procedure done. That seems to be a little excessive. I also had an appointment with a Dr. that was not there so had to reschedule. I live an hour away. Some of the staff could use a wake up call.
I moved to Texas in 92 and had to find an eye specialist as soon as I arrived due to my unique eye condition. I am in the Mid-cities area and found Texas Eye and Laser Center, whose staff have always been very welcoming and helpful and all the doctors are pleasant, knowledgeable and qualified to handle any eye issues, including surgeries as they do have their own surgery center on sight. Love supporting our local businesses and they are doing an awesome job making sure you're safe and socially distant during this pandemic.
I wish the assistants would all wear gloves. Especially the ones who touch your face while putting on eye mask & adjusting your head on the testing machines. That made me very uncomfortable. I mentioned it but the assistant did not put on gloves. Thanks
