Came in for my appointment, and got back immediately for testing. The technician taking care of me was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Heisterkamp did my final check, and I really appreciated her knowledge and desire to help. She took some extra to explain some risks of my condition I was not aware of and early warning signs that should be bringing me into the the office for treatment. I was very happy with my visit and I will be back
Intergalactic! Friday afternoon and my general doc got an appointment for me as a NEW patient..Extremely efficient. Kahnhty helped with registration, insurance, and a follow-up appointment. Casey performed an initial eye exam and numbed my persistent, painful eyeball. Valerie actually took the time to review my paperwork beforehand so was familiar with preexisting conditions and allergies. Awesome! And Dr. HEAD is the best. Fixed my scratched cornea with a contact bandage. Can't believe my good fortune. Thought I was going to face a weekend in pain. Instead, my eye was treated AND I was advised to call in if I encountered any problem over the weekend. THIS is THE place for superior eyecare. My thanks to the total team of Earth Angels.
