They called me the week before and told me to be there by 1200 on the day of my surgery so I made plans to get a ride and then they called me and told me to be there by 300 pm I told them I was told to be there by 12 and she said we changed it to 3. I called int to make my payment the day of the surgery so I asked what timedid I need to be there and they asked if I had ate or drank anything and I told them that I hadnt so they asked me how soon I could get there I told them an hour so they told me to come on in I got there around 11 I didnt go to pre op until around 1 the staff at the surgery center was very professional and made you feel like they actually cared about you.
From the time I walked in the door to when I left everyone was friendly. The service I got was the best. No one rushed you and took time explaining every detail of what to expect. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for taking good care of my eyes.
